Battlefield Division:
Chain of Command
Here is the chain of command, ladies and gents. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the issues below, this will help you in determining who to contact!
If there is a question about or problem with recruitment or a specific recruit, take that to:
Recruitment Manager: H2O Soarin'
Co-Recruitment Manager: PMS Chaser
If there is a question about or problem with a practice or a practice captain, take that to:
Practice Manager: PMS Mars
If there is a question about or problem with small teams, take that to:
Battles Manager: Open
If there is a question about or problem with the Roster, or problems/issues/questions regarding Casual/Active Transfer Members take that to:
Roster Manager: PMS ClaraBarton
If there is a problem with a community event or you would like information about a community event, contact:
Community Manager: H2O Gilly
Co-Community Manager: PMS B0NELY
PM them both!
If you would like information about a our YouTube team, contact:
YouTube Manager: Open
PM Pony PMS and Grizz H2O until we get managers!
If there is a problem other than these issues or there is a problem with any said managers, please bring that to your Leaders here in Battlefield 360:
Leader: Pony PMS
Co-Leader: Grizz H2O
PM them both!
NOTE: If there is a problem that we cannot handle, we will take it upstairs to the Generals who will contact the Clan Leaders, if needed . DO NOT go directly to these people with requests, problems etc. unless your problem is involving the leaders of the division AND you have attempted to work it out with them.
In order:
1) Special Managers are in place to handle most questions and problems. (These people are leaders in their prospective branches and in place to help you all!)
2) If they cannot answer your question/fix your problem OR it has not been handled correctly OR it involves one of the above Managers, please contact the Leaders.
If you are not satisfied with either result and/or a problem still exists and has not been handled by the above, please contact:
XBOX General: Blue Rose PMS
XBOX Co-Generals: Boogiebaby PMS, Diablo H2O and Retro H2O
PM them all!
Remember we are a family here, and we are here to help all of you! If you have any questions or problems PLEASE follow the chain of command. It will make everything run smoother in the division!
