All the Christmas cheers has got rhyming in my ears, so here is a poem to all of you, and a happy New Years! On the night of great feasting, all were sad. On the bed lay a dead lad. Twas Santa's oldest son, bright and strong. Why hadn't he lived so long? He was killed by the hatred that lies within humans, his parents had divorced the day before Christmas. He lay in his bed, his face in his hands, his emotions snapping like rubber bands. He sat in his room, thinking it over. Later on that day they heard a loud boom. Everyone ran to his door, it was on the third floor. They smashed it open and ran right inside, then everyone fell to the ground and cried. Jimmy lay still, everyone was swept by a chill. Next to him was a letter that read: "Fighting solves nothing and causes a stir, Christmas won't be here this year. I can hear my dad weeping down the hall, I had so much but then it had to fall. Today I leave you all behind, hope this teaches everyone to be joyous and kind." With the last words read, they all joined together to pray for young Jimmy. If it wasn't for him, Santa would never have gone down another chimney. Be happy, loving, and caring. The true meaning of Christmas is affection and sharing.
