So, I thought everything was going smoothly . . . I sold my Xbox, picked a really good looking 360 on eBay, looked at the seller (who had excellent feedback), bought the product, paid promptly (b/c they won't ship until you do), and then eBay sends me this message today . . . "We're sorry, but this seller has been suspended from eBay. Please do not pay them."
AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
And then . . . apparently someone in Romania is using my parent's debit cards?!?! we're UNDER ATTACK! and i'm really pissed at this seller! NEVER EVER BUY FROM i-online!!!!!!!!!!! (though he prob won't use the same screen name) NEVER!
idk what to do . . . :( :( :(

oh wow. what a predicament.
i would deffinatly get a hold of ebay and say you payed them and you need the money back. it is a federal offense, and well, is robbing.
and i dont know what to do about that other stuff.

Never buy on just good feedback.
Be sure they are a "power seller"
I do alot of ebaying and a power seller is key.

you should buy from a store like best buy anyway for something like that. Just for the sole purpose of getting a 2 year warranty.

Did you use PayPal?
I know they have some kind of buying protection when you use them.
But yeah, I would definitely report it to ebay as well! :(

If you have paypal you can get your money back no problem at all, but only if his/her listing on ebay had paypal logos on it.

no, i know that . . . but it has become one . . . b/c 1. I got ripped off 2. I don't have any game console whatsoever 3. My internet is being iffy and slow

and i know i'll live . . . i mostly just miss my friends, not gaming. i'm not about to rush out and buy one when i don't know if i'll get it from the guy or not . . . and no, i don't have a lot of cash, i've just saved. but i'm seriously not in the mood right now . . . i'm having father-daughter relationship issues, he's like, determined to hate me . . . i just post a lot about the ripped off 360 b/c i want to let my friends out there know that i miss them, where i stand in the whole situation, and idk, i just want to keep in touch. but from now on, i guess i'm just gonna avoid the subject, b/c apparently it makes some people WAY TOO ANGRY, jeez.
Thats not harsh. Its the real world. But like i would know, im only 16 going through my early-life crisis.

Sorry to hear that spartan......regarding the extended warenty there's a better 1 (deal)
included with every 360.
I've had fauther-son disputes all my life (too many to count) so you're not alone.

If you did pay through PayPal, they should be able to recover your money - I'm not sure if eBay/PayPal got any responsibilities towards you in this case, but they should be able to help you out at the very least. Concidering that the guy in Romania is now using your parents card, I assume you didn't use PayPal?
