As far as I read in this, vehicles are enabled (makes the point that IRNV is disallowed for guns, but allowed for vehicles)

"Prohibited Items Include:

IRNV on weapons (vehicles are allowed)
Flashlights on anything other than pistols (will be reevaluated after the patch that changes flashlight brightness)
Shotgun FRAG rounds
Deploying mortars in the uncappable ares is disallowed and will result in a forfeit loss of the round in which it occured.
Using the MAV to exploit onto buildings is illegal and will result in a forfeit round loss."

Have they updated the rules after the new patch yet? Brightness of flashlights on pistols is much higher now! Especially if you "strobe" it (turn it on and off fast). Hurts my eyes like crazy when people do that!

Mortar rule is basically Null now, as the patch stopped you deploying in Uncap places.

Yeah I have Noticed the flashlights are way stronger since the patch, I cant stand them lol.

did anyone ever really want to do a larger 12v12 conquest? i have not seen any body trying to be active about it
