This happened near where i live a couple of days ago. Read it all and tell me what u think LOL!
CAPE CORAL: Officers with the Cape Coral Police Department were investigating the theft of an ATM machine stolen from a Fifth Third bank in the 1700 block of Pine Island and Del Prado Boulevard near Albertsons shopping area.
The theft took place at 8:45 p.m. and investigators were on the scene shortly after.
Cape officials say the suspect used a payloader and rammed the machine dumping it into the bed of a pickup truck.
Police are searching for a white, four door, Ford F-350 pick-up truck with brown panels.
Witnesses say they saw the vehicle leaving the scene with the ATM in the back of the truck. They say the whole process only took him about two minutes.
Officials have no idea how much money he may have gotten away with and they are still investigating where he got the payloader.
EDIT: Today they announced that there was $50,000 worth of money in that atm machine!
