Below are the Practice Expectations for the PMS|H2O NA Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 Division. All ladies and gents are expected to follow them. Failure to do so will result in the following:
1st offense - Verbal Warning (will be sent via XBL Voice or Text message)
2nd Offense - Written Warning (will be sent via PM on the forums
3rd Office - Disciplinary Action (such as suspension, termination, etc).
Respect - Everyone will demonstrate respect to:
The Practice Captain/Host that is hosting the divisional practice,
To any Staff that is present in the practice (ie: General, Leader, Manager, etc),
All other divsion member participating in the practice,
Any guests in the room.
If you have a problem with someone in the practice, bring the matter to the practice captain or a staff member's attention immediately.
Lag Complaints - The Rainbow Six divisional practices are hosted by ladies and gents across the US and in Canada. Everyone experiences lag at some point or another. If the lag is negatively affecting your game play, send a message to the Practice Captain/Host. If the majority of divisional players are affected by the lag, the practice will be moved to a new host at the discression of the Practice Captain. If you find that you cannot tolerate the lag, it might be a good idea to attend a different practice on a different host. Also, excessive complaints about lag will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave practice. You will not be given hours if you leave practice due to lag complaints.
Spawn Killing - If anyone is standing in spawn, do NOT to team kill them. Family issues come up and practice Captains and staff members occasionally have to tend to a Clan situation during practice. If you need to step away from your xbox during practice for any reason at all, let the practice captain know. The only exception to this rule is if the practice captain or a staff member directs you to kill them. If someone is standing in spawn for more than one map, please bring it to the practice captain's attention.
Pistoling - Excessive Pistoling will not be tolerated. All ladies and gents are expected to keep the pistoling to a minimum. Practice is not only a time for us to game together & have fun it is also a time for ladies to improve their skills & gain experience with different weapons. Practice is not time to meet a friend for a pistol duel somewhere on the map.
Language - Excessive Cursing will not be tolerated. While we all let words slip, constant cursing is not acceptable. Please remember that we have minors in our division.
Cheating/Glitching - We do not Cheat/Glitch in practice or free time play at all. That includes, but is not limited to: using modified xboxes or controllers that are not specifically certified by Microsoft, achievement glitches, glitching out of maps, etc.
Maps and Modes - The Practice Captain chooses the maps and modes to be played. Ladies and Gents are not to be calling out what maps and modes they want to play. The only exception to this rule is if the Practice Captain/Host specifically asks for input from the ladies.
Requesting Teams - Practices are a time for everyone to meet new recruits, members and play together. Please keep requests to be on someone's team to a minimum. Teams will be periodically shuffled during practice when the room is full to ensure that everyone gets to play with everyone else.
Participation - We understand that life will occasionally interrupt practice. If you need to step away, let the practice captain know. If you are going to be gone for more than 5 minutes, back out of the room. When you are ready to come back in, send a message to the practice captain for a new invite. Also, do not check xbox live messages while in practice or go into a private or party chat with friends, it prevents you from communicating with your teammates and fully participating in practice.
End of Practice - When the Practice Captain/Host calls out that practice is now over, etc ladies are not to request one more map, etc. Ladies and Gents need to understand that the Practice Captain/Host may have other responsibilities that they need to attend to immediately after ending practice. We encourage all ladies who wish to continue gaming together after practice ends to host a room and game together for fun.
