What else would you like to see in GOW online

Ok i don't know this has been said yet but here goes. In Gears of War what else would you like to see in the online modes.

A flame thrower! I bet they could make some sick animations for that. Imagine a locust running around on fire, flailing his arms. I'd also like to see some female character models. A female locust with six breasts would be the deal.

then it would turn into halo. lets be reminded it isnt a halo type game, things like that IMO would be terrible.
A:There isnt radar so sneaking up on someone is easy as is.
B:It wouldnt be any fun with respawns. it would turn into halo2 with more chaotic weapons...and poo on that.


i think a system where you didnt have to go back to the main menu to do ranked matches. it makes them inconvenient and not fun. maybe it can switch the teams back up, but its still just slow.

make grenade tags not so easy. you can be 10 feet away from the guy to stick 'em, thats just BS. also make the boom shot more consistent. sometimes you shoot it at there feet and they blow up, sometimes you shoot it at there feet and they move on without a scratch.

It may just be me but i'd hate to see any new maps or weapons anytime soon since i'm not even used to the current weapons and maps.

Haha...I thought of something if they do add in a CTF mode. Instead of a curb stomp for the flag carrier, he takes the flag and thrusts it through their head. And for a melee attack, the flag carrier pokes the enemy in the eye and the enemy makes a funny noise...

Inviting friends to ranked games...but limit it so that friends you invite cannot go to a team opposite of you. Or just add the going into MM with a team...

make sure you are faster then your other team mate. other wise they are bound to take your kill but then again maybe they should put a mode in so other people dont steal other people kills.

What if you down someone but someone is shooting back at you and you HAVE to take cover or else your dead? Wouldn't you rather have a teammate get the kill than let the guy get up?

I would like to see GOW fix the mute on after the fact joinable players. After you have started a match and someon else joins in you can not hear them unless you restart the whole game. It becomes frustrating after the 3rd time especially when you have keep reinviting evreyone again and again.

yea thats true, but dosnt it eventually fix its self after a couple of rounds, because i remember it doing that and 2 rounds later the mics worked again!

Active Camo: Halo again. In Gears, it's great because everyone is on the same playing field and level, with no powerups or anything. Sure, there are weapons on the map to pick up, but those aren't nessecary(sp?).

I think the basic changes, like changing game options, should be considered much more than the additions.

I think the voice glitch should be fixed. New weapons and maps would be nice as well. I wouldn't mind seeing new game modes as long as none of them have respawn enabled. If they did add that I wouldn't play them anyway though. I think respawns are fine when you are trying to learn a map or get use to a game but after that it's just kind of cheesy.

I'd like to see a CTF mode and maybe a Territories or "capture the base" type mode. For CTF though there would have to be respawns otherwise I feel like it would just turn into Warzone with flags that just chill there.

Only way to eliminate Host Advantage would be to run dedicated or central servers and that won't happen. There is a host advantage in every game when playing Peer to Peer but sometimes it gets overstated when the other team is losing. I host and play on other people's host and I generally do well once I'm warmed up in either case.

A better snipers. Maybe a higher look sensitivity or something. Come on, a sniper can not be this friggen bad. Can they look at Halo 2 for an example?

Is take off that unlimited stamina.

Its always people running off in the first 15 seconds of the game to grab the power weapons.

So take that off and maybe introduce a class system so that way people aren't just running off to find the weapon they want and can spawn with it.

That would change the game up and make it moreso that you have to work in groups instead of just running towards the best weapon on the map and then having a majority of the battle decided in the first 40 seconds
