Anyone interested in joining the Eu Ps3 Call of Duty division please read the following information before Posting an application in the above section.
Practice Schedule
At current, we have the following practice schedule in place:
Monday - Saturday: 9pm-11pm GMT
Recruitment Procedure
Seeing as you have found your way here chances are you are interested in recruiting for the PMS|H2O EU Call of Duty Division. Please make sure that you have read this thread through and understand what is expected of you as a recruit and later as a fully fledged member of our clan community.
Anyone wishing to join our Division will need to make an application via the forums. To do so click here (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/project.php?projectid=64). Copy the format that is given and then click Post Recruitment Application and into the Description box paste the format that you previously copied. Then fill in all required information.
What Happens Next
After you have Saved your Application, a member of Staff or one of the Division Leaders will make a reply and contact you to arrange a Pre-Recruitment talk to allow you into practice.
A Pre-Recruitment talk is an informal chat between yourself and a Staff Member in which they will go over your Recruitment and also over Practice and Clan rules.
During Recruitment you are required to make 4 hours per week for 4 weeks and to attend Orientation. Your Recruitment Manager will give you more information on Orientation during your Pre-Recruitment talk.
While you are recruiting for Clan PMS|H2O and while you are a member of Clan PMS|H2O you may NOT be apart of any other clan, be recruiting for any other clan or competing for them.
Rules for Attending Practice
The following etiquette is expected of all recruits and members of PMS|H2O. Failure to do so will result in ONE verbal warning, continue to violate the code of conduct and you WILL be removed from the practice session and loose your hours for that session, no questions asked.
DO:
1. Turn up to Practice PROMPTLY (we do allow for entrants up to 15 minutes after listed start time of practice) - please let the staff member hosting practice know if you are going to be late in ADVANCE.
2. Once you are in Practice set your online status to BUSY. Practice Captains, Staff and Division Leaders set status to AWAY.
3. Whilst we are all here to have fun and a enjoy chatter we do ask that when your staff member taking practice is trying to organise the proceedings of practice please show them respect and do not talk over them.
4. Your 'In Game' Clan Tag should read "PMS"/"H2O" if you are a PMS|H2O without PMS/H2O in your gamertag or "PMSr"/"H2Or" if you are a recruit. ANYTHING ELSE (apart from nothing) is NOT allowed, unless specifically asked to do so by your staff member hosting practice.
5. Ask permission of your Practice Captain for any special requirements within practice.
6. If the connection is 'laggy' ask Practice Captains or Leaders if a new host can be made.
7. Lastly the most important-est of all, have fun!
DON'T:
1.Do NOT verbally insult your practice host or any other member of practice about issues relating to connection lag. If there is an issue please inform the practice host the game is no longer playable for you. The practice host will do what they can to ressolve the issue where possible. It is up to the Practice Captain’s discretion if they will grant you your remaining time of practice due to lag in the room. But you must see the Captain after practice.
2. Do NOT invite people to the practice lobby unless given permission by your practice host.
3. Do NOT have private communications while in practice. We do understand that you may at time have unexpected communications in the background with a telephone call or another person at home, please be respectful of those in your lobby and mute your mic if doing so.
4. Any other person including PMS|H2O members are NOT allowed into the first hour of a practice session, unless a Community Night event is being scheduled. The only exception to this rule is if numbers are below 3 PMS|H2O Division Members attending practice, or if they have special permission from the Practice Captain or Division Leaders. Only PMS/PMSr|H2O/H2Or members are allowed in during the second hour.
5. Whilst we accept that a bit of friendly banter is always welcome between friends it is wholly unnaceptable for a member or recruit to offensively insult anyone in the practice lobby or in game. An immediate apology is expected from anyone who breaks this rule and at the practice captains discretion may be repremanded effective immediately (via private message) and removed from practice.
