Now, I'm not sure which version of Tetris this is but I never see the pieces fall, they kind of just appear at the bottom then he moves them. I don't know if they're just moving ultra fast but if they were he'd never be able to place them once they hit. The question is, how much time does he have to move them before they're permanent?...

The technique of building up all but one column and throwing 4x1's into it for a Tetris works well because a Tetris gets you the most points. However, if you get a version with a bad random generator, you might not see a 4x1 for a long time which can be dangerous. I suspect the version in the arcade has a bad random generator. Ever get a ton of the same piece in a row?

So anyways, I'm not the best, there is always someone better, doesn't mean I'm going to give up though, I love the game. :)

I knew a pro tetris player once upon a time. He told me that you eventually learn to be paying more attention to your next piece then you do the board, kinda like thinking a step ahead. Eventually you develop a rhythem and if you have good enough memory of what's where, you should be able to do it fast.

As for making things go down, most tetris versions, if you hit the up button, it makes it go down to the bottom, and then you have minimal time to rotate it or place it left or right. I dont know about that version, but thats how most work.

Yep that's the point I've reached.

Rip still needs to help me with my Rubiks Cube technique... which is nonexistant yet.
