Today I walked around the store
And I saw all that I'd buy for you
Can't believe its slowly creeping on 2 years.
Seems like the pain hasn't gone away.
I do my best to hold in the tears
But tonight will be a night they fall
Because I miss you so much I can't hold them
Our family misses your too
Phoenix is shinning attitude just as yours
The girls constantly talk about you
The holidays are always the hardest
Its creeping up to fast
Another one of your birthdays
Another Christmas
Another Thanksgiving
Its all gone way to fast
Im gonna fall harder this time
I'm trying to get stronger
But as happy as I may be
The hole in my heart
Thats the space for you
Begins to grow 10 times more.
Your little blue helps me a lot
I've seen the sky more now then I do the ground
I don't bury myself in sorrows
I try to rejoice for what you were able to live with me
Today is harder then most.
I've been doing so good brother
Just this time of year seems like it will never be easy.
As time flys by and another year mark creeps up
Missing you only gets stronger
My heart will always have your spot reserved
Til the day I hug you again
Hopefully that day isn't to far away
Even if its in my dreams
I hope its creeping up soon!
