Hiya everyone, I'm new to the forum, I've been playing a fair bit of Mount & Blade - Warband on steam recently, I realise the game is not really new but it had a big sale on steam and the servers are buzzing again.
What I like about warband multiplayer is the level of skill involved in combat. Every strike is controlled by your mouse and every block, you have to manually block left, right, up, down and there are mechanics for parrying etc, oh and did I mention you have to be -really fast-? It's one of those games where you can get in and grab a big two handed sword and hope to get lucky but if you run up against someone who actually knows how to play the game they can block you easily and kill you with a stick lol.
I've been playing on the internode battle servers in AU (I'm an aussie girl) and sadly the sexist BS is pretty full on. I was wondering if there are any other women (or just non sexist guys) playing warband (especially in AU or gmt+10) who might like to team up ?
