Man wish i had those good types of programs, so i can do something better than just word and a plain backround lol, but dont get me wrong i love sigs like that lol

I just used Gimp...it's not QUITE as hard as photoshop, but it's not easy...

+1 for matching colors. Most people's first sigs look like kindergarteners colored them.
