Here is the chain of command ladies. If you have any questions or concerns regarding anything below, hopefully this will help you in determining who to contact!

Recruitment Managers
If there is a question about or problem with recruitment or a specific recruit, including casual/active transfers, take that to:
Recruitment Manager: PMS TempleGuard
Co-Recruitment Manager: PMS Vertigo
PM them both!
Practice Managers
If there is a question about or problem with a practice or a practice captain, take that to:
Practice Manager: PMS Furied Fate
Co-Practice Manager: PMS Triix
PM them both!
Battles Manager
If there is a question about or problem with small teams, take that to:
Battles Manager: PMS LoveShaSha
Co-Small Teams Manager: OPEN
PM them both!
Community Manager
If there is a problem with a community event or you would like information about a community event, contact:
Community Manager: PMS DannieCherry
Community Co-Manager: OPEN
PM them both!
Division Leaders
If there is a problem other than these issues or there is a problem with any said managers, please bring that to your Leaders here in PMS Gears:

PM them both!
If there is a problem that we cannot handle we will take it upstairs to the Generals who will contact the Twins if needed . DO NOT go directly to these people with requests, problems etc. unless your problem is involving the leaders of the division.
In order:
1) Special Managers are in place to handle most questions and problems. (These people are leaders in their prospective branches and in place to help you all!)
2) Next if they cannot answer your question or fix your problem or it has not been handled correctly or it involves one of the above Managers, Please contact the leaders.

If you are not satisfied with either results or a problem exists or has not been handled by the above or it involves the Leader or Co-Leader Please contact:

PMS Clan Leaders
If you cannot resolve your question or problem through any of the above people, which is VERY hard to believe, your last resort will be:
Clan Leader: Ticorah PMS
Clan Co-Leader: Kitteh PMS
