I'm a huuuuuuuge Robert Jordan fan, wondering if there are any others out there? Also love Anne Rice, Tolkien, Stephen King, Dean Koontz and many, many others!

I'm reading a book by Dean Koontz right now, it's called Intensity. I'm a big fan of Dan Brown and Donna Jo Napoli. Also big on the Harry Potter series, can't go without my supply of magical fantasy. :D

Love the Harry Potter series.....simply cannot wait for Book 7.

As for Dean Koontz....polka.dot....have you ever read Lightning? One of my all time favourite books.

Dan Brown rocks too......although I much preferred Angels and Demons over The DaVinci Code.

True on Angels and Demons, I definately loved it more than The Da Vinci code. I will look for Lightning. The one I'm reading is great, and I want to read more of his stuff when I'm done with this one.

personaly im a big michael crichton fan ive read every book of his i can get my hands on which is almost every one of them including his biography Travels. I also like the Dune series by frank herbert im currently on Heretics of Dune and my philosophy class has gotten me into plato whos a really good author

Did you read Eaters of the Dead? I never read the book, but loved the 13th Warrior.....

And yeah Crichton is pretty good.....I pull out Jurassic Park once a year to read.

My favorite author is J. K. Rowling. She has written series of Harry Potter. I have read her all book and I have seen also all movies. She is really a good writer and nice human been. Harry Potter all series made history for the best seller book, best story writer and more awards she won.

MAIS OUI!!!!! Robert Jordan was awesome, and remains my absolute fave. Brandon's doing a good job keeping the series together though. And Tolkein is Fantabulous. Almost as much as Jordan.

Oh a book thread! I love to read when I can find the time :) I loved the Twilight series, Harry Potter series, almost anything with vampires hahaha! My favorite Author is Nicholas Sparks I love all of his books. When I was a teen i was into Vc andrews!
