Alright, so as of last night I finished my hours for BLOPS, it was an unscheduled hosted with Majorbeast. I did pre-orientation with Tazz, and ventrillo orientation and quiz with kitteh. I think I am done now right?
If I am I would want to just have my name be H2O_SPANK. As far as going casual or whatever I am not sure because I am in a unique situation.:confused: I would declare casual right now, because with my work schedule I am only able to get practice hours from unscheduled practices, which I feel forces extra responsibility and pressure on our captains, probably decreasing their desire to continue providing their services, or simply just making their job harder, which I don't want to do. Only getting my hours from unscheduled practices also is bad because it doesn't guarantee security, like... they are unscheduled, there could be three weeks without one, like how sketch is that for me?
HOWEVER, apparently there are going to be two new practice captains in addition to ones we currently have so I would like to see what the new schedule looks like once they become captains to see if I will be able to make regular scheduled practices. If I am able to make consistent hours under the new practice schedule, I would be more than happy to continue being an active division member. Also, if one of the potential candidates for our new practice captain position fails miserably, and does not secure the captain title, I would be interested in working my free available hours into a consistent practice times by being a practice captain myself.
