Live streaming from ps3?

Hey so i live in NS canada. (There is a futureshop, staples, walmart, zellers, n the source, here) With the Extra Life event coming up i wanted to see if i could find a cheap and easy way to stream live gameplay from my ps3 to the pc/web pms tv n such. Can anyone help me?

also, my tv only has video/audio n that cable connection in the back
