yes & no, fat is overrated and it is underrated.. yes we are all born with flaws.. no we don't have to live with them.. we can physically change... let me tell you a nutshell recount of my body in the last 6 years...


i used to be really scrawny when i was like in primary school.. translation for USA.. elementary school

2000. when i was in year 8 i started to gain A LOT of weight..

2002. in year 10 i went up too 98kg (the conversion for kilograms to pounds is i think... 1 kilograms = 2.20462262 pounds.. lol i looked it up :P.. so lets make it 2.2 pounds to 1 kg) so its approx. 215.6 pounds

2003. when i was in year 11 i suddenly lost 21 kg in 2.5 weeks.. yes that 2 and a half weeks... conversion 46.2 pounds in approx. 18 days.

i had lost 21 kgs (46.2 pounds) of just fat alone.. so i was very very buff... and i gathered quite A LOT of female 'attention' but because i had quickly lost weight and still was in a mindset of thinking I'm fat and that girls will have to like me for the guy i am not the body i have.. i was very very intimidated by this 'attention'

but i slowly lost the muscle as well from initially a massive overload in stress...

2005. i suffered i serious long term knee injury.. (for those who know of the knee i had partially torn my medial meniscus and my anterior ligament.. to the layman i almost blew out my knee causing me to never play majority of non-disability sport again .. IE any sport or activity that required me to run, jog, or walk fast). i gave up on life because my life had revolved around being very very active and sport and god.. (i had my priorities wrong.. i should've had god 1st in every part of my life).. but yeah i gave up on life and just sat at home.. walking was extremely painful for me.. and plus i lived on the first floor of a flat with only steps - translation - apartment.

my knee was miraculously heal INSTANTLY through prayer... one of the many times god has healed me through prayer... and my knee was perfect instantly.. well back to what is was before the initial injury

BUT in that time i had the injury i was involved in world of warcraft and it took over my life.. because i couldn't play a sport or even walk without a lot of pain. and for that whole year i had lost A LOT of weight and muscle

in the period from 2003-2006 i had lost 22-25kg conversion 48.4-55 pounds

so i class myself as scrawny :P but I'm a little bit bias on the description.. i am 70kg now so I'm not scrawny objectively (unbias) but just a little underweight.

i have got the bulk and tone of muscles i used to have but i have experience being obese to very athletic to very underweight.. so yeh...

and i can say i didn't like the attention i was getting from many girls cause i only want to be with only one girl all my life (I'm still searching/waiting for her ) BUT i didn't enjoy being fit very fit.

but being overweight in a sporting point of view inst that bad.. for guys in rugby.. being a forward.. you get loads of respect because you are a 'tank' and shouldn't be messed with, meaning that people are more intimidated by a larger person than a smaller person...
