Eiji Aonuma very recently made a statement that "Majora's Mask 3D" is not "utterly impossible". If there was enough demand and support from the fans, then it would be given the "OK" to make.
Operation Moonfall is a campaign to make this happen.
(Because seriously, I finished OoT 3D & Master Quest 3D. I need more Zelda. And I KNOW I wasn't the only one that absolutely LOVED rolling around Termina field as a Goron after drinking Chateau Romani.)
