Hey all, I'm at my grandparents house unable to play or watch SC2. So I was lurking TL and stumbled across this thread.

This seems pretty baller imo and it would give us lowbies something extra to train and practice for. At time of posting this there are 7 spots remaining so we should act rather quickly if anyone wants to do this.

Max team size is 10 and minimum is 5 and there is one Captain

(I have no idea if this would need some kind of authorization from Peanut, Ripley or whoever just thought this looked like a cool idea. I apologize in advance if I am breaking any rules.)

Since I play random 110% of the time, ill choose the race depending on what the opponent has. My pvt,pvz,pvp,tvp,tvt,zvp is strong while my zvt,zvz,tvz, is weak atm..

i sent this to peanut b4 this thread was posted. peanut told me that he is lookin into it however he is unsure about it since we already compete in many leagues. Also IMO, since alot of the tourneys havent had the greatest show up rate for lower levels, im a little hesitant to actually commit to this. Since it seems like many of you dont have the most stable schedules which is pretty essential to playing in leagues... my 2 cents

i approve of setting up a team to apply for this. Since Kaskas and Darkbunny are our Battles Managers, they will be in charge of setting up the team and putting in the application. Since Darkbunny is on vacation, Kaskas will be more involved than him.
So, please post here if you are interested. First priority will go to Full Division Members (finished 4 week recruitment and did new member orientation), then to current recruits (with priority to those further along and in good standing).

@Kaskas/Darkbunny: please figure out the requirements as far as what needs to be done for an application and all that, and please try and get it done within the next day or so, so that we have time to get accepted. When you sign up, use the email SC2Division (at) gmail.com as the email address, and I will give you the login information in a PM.

REMEMBER! Please be sure you are willing to commit your time to this. No shows will be unacceptable and will be grounds for disciplinary action!

when Kaskas/Darkbunny review the rules, we will determine how the week matchups will go. I haven't had a chance to read over the schedule/rules, so I can't give u a definitive answer. Pretty much everything is going to be in the hands of Kaskas/Darkbunny now. Any decisions they make are final (unless they are terrible decisions and I need to intervene)

Regular Season Round 2: August 4th – 6th
Regular Season Round 3: August 7th – 9th

Playoffs Round 1: August 15th – 17th
Playoffs Semifinals: August 18th – 19th
Playoffs Finals: TBA (Will be streamed and possibly casted)

match times vary but rules state that if teams cannot agree to a time, then the matches will be played on the last day at 5pm PST. So you must ABSOLUTELY BE ABLE TO SHOW UP FOR THAT (or at least vast majority of you)

are the people who have signed up and are in standing to actually play due to status. not neccsarily time commitment. i need more confirmation about your schedules to play if we are going to be able to do this.
HOWEVER
the rules only allow people who have lost to replay their match and only allow for lower level people to sub in place of higher level. So our problem is we have too many golds, and no silver.

so until we can get 2 silver players and another bronze to join the team, we cannot sign up.

also, to all the golds, we cannot have all of u, so if u cant do the times, please voluntarily remove yourselve from the roster.

personally, i think the league admins shouldve held signups for until the ladder lock was opened, because what would happen if someone gets promoted after their first game in the new season? then they will end up throwing off the roster or whatever, but that's just my 2 cents.
with regards to us, if we cannot fill the roster with the correct level players, maybe you could PM the admin and ask if we could put in an extra bronze to fill in a silver spot? see what you could figure out Bunny/Kas

So I have been getting that urge to play SC2 a lot more lately, and think it may be time for my return =P Soooo....., if da 'nut allows, I think I could do either as a bronze or silver as I have an account for both.

And btw, I read some updates on the post and it says you can send any lower level up against a higher level if you want. So if you want to send a bronze in vs a silver, that should be totally fine.

If it would work out better, you could use me as a bronze. iArbee is still in bronze atm, and might work out better anwyays lol. As far as dates/times go. Dates shouldn't be an issue for me (other than a specific day here or there), and the later the time, the better for me. So a later start time, and/or if I am the 2nd of the bronze or silver players should work fine. Let me know what ya need!

Also, jsut checked the TL post, and says they are only accepting waiting list now :(
