Can anyone recommend a few good dubstep group's. Ive recently started listening to it and have only listened to Quantom and Mt Eden so far and really like them. So any suggestion's?

Tbh mate if your after some really down and dirty dubstep or filthstep as i like to call it try looking at some Nero, (http://www.youtube.com/user/NeroOfficial) Arion, (http://www.youtube.com/user/OfficialArionMusicTV) UKF (http://www.youtube.com/user/UKFDubstep) .
Its all out there its just a case of listening and finding your type of filthstep and findung other artists like them :)

Yeah lol im talking to you. Im just a newb when it comes to dubstep. All i've listened to is quantom and mt eden so far but im loving them. Where is the concert your going to? Now you don't look crazy anymore :D
