they are asfollows:
BenQ FP93GX Black 19" 2ms DVI LCD Monitor $208.99
SAMSUNG 740BF Silver/Black 17" 4ms(GTG) DVI LCD Monitor $209.99
Acer AL1916Fbd Black 19" 2ms (GTG) DVI LCD Monitor $209.99

I have a Radeon X1600 XT i want a LCD that does not ghost.
I will take in reccomendations but im not made of money maybe up to $240.
i have done reserch on the BenQ on their site it says "6ms(2ms GTG)"
What does that mean?,What is GTG and does it matter in my selection of a
monitor.

Not remotely sure what GTG means but BenQ and the Acer both have lower response times which less likely to ghost in games. The Acer is wall mountable which use one of those brackets to make it swing up and down as well as side to side. BenQ isn't wall mountable but nor is it adjustable other than tilt. Choice is really yours I just don't get the Samsung from the looks of it your only ripping yourself off.

GTG (gray to gray) is one way of describing the response time of an lcd monitor. it has to do with how fast a subpixel can move from one arbitrary position to another. If the response time is simply described as 2 ms (for example) instead of 2 ms(GTG) then that is how fast a pixel can change from black to white. The lower the response time, the better.

The Samsung one is noticeably worse than the other two. I'd get either the BenQ or the Acer - they have pretty much identical specs, so it doesn't matter which one you go with.

I have also been thinking about HD ready monitors.
Now lets say i wanted to get a widescreen which would you reccomend.
Please give your opinions. I really dont know much about monitors.

Monitors for PC are HD since they can produce much more pixels. From my understanding which don't hold me on this is that a bunch of games don't support widescreen. Counter-Strike: Source I believe don't have the resolutions for widescreen.
