I went to sleep around 6am...Man I'm tired....I really don't like staying up this late, but I been having sleeping problems since I was 17.

i got 4 hours sleep last night and ive been up 11 hours now. Insomnia sucks, i feel so drained. Does anyone ever get a feeling of numbness over their eyes after exhaustion?

This might be a personal question but have any of you guys seeked help for it from a doctor like sleeping pills or whatever. Im seriously contemptplaining it and my family have been telling me to do it for the longest time now. Id appreciate any feed back if you have.

I have a book called From Fatigued to Fantastic and there is a section on natural ways to help with sleeping problems. It includes prescription drugs that you can take also, but I told really like to take those. You should check it out. If you have questions or something let me know

It suck cuz I work morning on the weekend...and during the week I don't go to sleep till 6am cuz of gaming and talking to friends over live. So I know how alot of people feel :)

I've been 1 for a long time and I'm proud of it but my uncle gets annoyed at it but I cant help it

Not really proud of it but I can't help it. The 3:30am - 6:30am hours are really quiet and I like quiet. It's tiring staying up so late- early but it's a habit I can't break.
