So I manage to snipe a collector's edition on ebay, meaning I was browsing every few minutes till I saw a recent post of 75 dollars. So being the impulsive me, I bought it without almost no thought into it LOL. It was a good price since most of the sc2 CE goes for 110+
Anyway when it shipps to me, Im going to have two copies of sc2. I have 2 choices:
one to just upgrade my current starcraft standard edition to collector's edition (through bnet website) but if I do that, that means I bought sc2 for 60+ 75 = 135 dollars all together >.>. Note: if I do this I dont get a free name change, everything stays the same on the account (stats, profile, etc)
My 2nd option is to call blizzard and have them transfer out my old standard sc2 cd key to another account and use my CE edition on my current bnet account, resulting in two copies of starcraft 2. Note: my old standrad sc2 will have the same stats,profile etc in a new email account, and my current bnet account will have a new name, stats and the works.
Things to consider:
1. I kinda just want one account cause that means I only have to buy 2 more expansions instead of 4 if I had two accounts in the future.
2. I want a new change nuff said.
3. I dont mind having one account and wasting extra 75 dollars on it for just some stupid thor unit ^_^ (there is going to be a heart of swarm collector's edition and as well as the void expansion)
