Haha. Thats nothing, Mistress. When I picked up Gears of War, I had it beat in 3 days. I think I put in about 6 hours each day. at least. And that was on hardcore.

I'm not sure what the online features are. Downloadable content for sure. Like new additions to the Pinata family.

There is no actual Live play as of yet due to the age rating being 3+
The Live functionality at the moment includes downloads and trading pinatas/items etc.

However there have been rumours of an update in a few months that will enable a more fulfilling Live experience.
Apparently players will be able to go into fellow gamers' gardens and look around, but the interesting part is that one gamer can give another permission to actually change things within his/her garden whilst they are in there.

I'll keep my ear to the ground on that one.

So i have this snake.... his name is Rip.... so far hes eaten two different mousemallows named Caitlin and V3nus, as well as one named Vinxy....

he likes to start fights like there is no tomorrow with several others.... as soon as one finishes its not 10 minutes before he starts another, sometimes right away. Im sick of paying the doctors bills to cure the ones that loose all those fights. its not a bad buy either at only $50 bucks microsoft just released this game at the wrong time though cause it was released a week after gears, but whenever anyone comes into my eb games store and I tell them viva pinata is the game to be playing. they believe I'm joking, its so much fun, and like u said its harvest moon/animal crossing elements are great. but yeah parting with pinatas you just got is kind of hard because u become fond of there cute apperance and unique colors

First I created a new garden full of poison Ivy and just kept seeling the flowerheads, then Venus Pinata Traps started growing so I started selling the heads off them too, then I created a completely new garden for my Pinatas and had to transfer everything over from the original garden into the new one which is laid out alot better.

I've actually managed to get stuck at level 15 - my garden is apparently full, and no matter how much crap I remove, it remains that way, so I can't get to attrack any new piñatas. Excellent! Is there any way to sell your entire garden, and start over with your cash and land?

Yes, you can just restart a new garden and you'll share the monies in the new garden.

Though, you surely don't need to have every animal that is currently on your land. You need to start selling off your animals or you're just going to run into the same problem.

Thanks Random. I actually found that site the other day. I'll have to read up on it. Honestly though, I've just started building fences around certain pinatas to keep them in. It works okay. I feed them happy candy and dress them up so they aren't lonely. :p

Yeah since the worms and birds take like nothing to become residents, they're in EVERY garden before anything else. But what I did is I just made a separate garden to use to get the water-loving animals (mainly, the swan and to tame the croc) and another for the safari-ish animals (I got like 7 deer and 7 zumbugs so that I could get a lion). Cos it's impossible to do it all in one garden, in my opinion.

Viva Pinata is one of the most addicting games since Halo 2... I dont know whether it's the easy achievement points or the cute little sounds that the animals make when you feed them "happy candy," but this game is AWSOME!!!

oh yeah i love this game! just got it like last week! and i'm starting to get really good at the game too, kinda sucks that the online play isnt really much to offer.

I bought this game for my 9 year old sister to play when she would come visit me, but I ended up really liking this game. I'm cheesin' the entire time I play, especially whenever I see the Macaroon run around.

I love this game. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. I think she has three or four gardens now while I have two. I think I am going to start a third just to put the pinatas that I want to keep there. Sort of a pinata zoo.

Did someone already reply here. Maybe this will help. You have to go to the menu, A, on sour tower. Then it gives you the option to turn on or off. When the light in the block is on that sour pinata is blocked. You can buy blocks for everyting in the Store, owned buy a bluemonkey lady. :)

Ive got this game but havnt played it in awhile i think im lvl 11 lol kept getting thoughts of different ways to kill my pinatas :D so i stopped playin ive thought of startin up again but

I have this game bought it for my 4yr old but love it as much as she does so if anyone needs any pinata's let me know i think i am a lvl 51 now maybe and just need i think 2 and will have had all pinata's as residence so send a FR if you want any GT pixelperf3ct

I recieved this tip from Morgane on the only other viva thread here. Another way to keep away sours, Ruffians. You buy a Captain's Cutlass from Ivors. After he has become a trader instead of a begger, a new store appears on menu.
