I might be wrong about this so can someone help me?

I was told there is a practice to be held at 1pm - 3pm Est
But there isn't one started yet. The Caption might be in traffic but i am not sure. Can someone text him, find out whats going on or just host it for him?

Though I'm sure you were looking more to play than for practice credit it never hurts to send a rsvp to that practice captain. That way if they don't run it for whatever reason you still get practice credit. You can also on top of that message the practice managers or one of the many practice captains on xbox and ask if they'd cover it if you still want to play. Make sure you check the practice schedule every so often for updates. You should have a link to it in the welcome message you received from the recruitment managers. I hope this helped.
