So I just read the first issue of the now rumored start of a maybe reboot of the DC Universe (Hope not), and it wasn't so bad. When I first got into comics Wally West was my flash so its kind of cool to see a story other than some of the recent stuff centered around Barry Allen. #Spoiler Alert# Was pretty floored to see Thomas Wayne as batman, he would have to be pushing DKR age lol. Pick it up for a change of pace.

Well looks like its going to be a reboot.

I'm not even really sure how I feel about this, after looking at some of the artwork and the names attached to certain projects and was pretty unimpressed because it seems to me this is aimed at new readers and alienates us "older" readers in the process. Reminds me of when The ultimate line started at marvel, I think alot of people thought bendis was going to take over and put his tramp stamp on everything (He almost has) but they kept it in its own pocket universe without messing with the actual marvel universe. I believe in change but when you have had the same formula for decades now, why retcon it for little kids when the bulk of your readership is going to be from the 80's and 90s.
