Well sadly enough like anything in life there isn't just one way to do it.

I could tell you how the stuff that I make is made but I doubt it would make any sense considering how I doubt you have worked in a graphical editing program for more than the basics. In truth sig making is very similar to any graphical manipulation. Like any form of art, you will need to learn to use the medium before being able to do anything else.

I recommend getting the trial for photoshop CS2 off of Adobe.com and attempting to create something (other than a signature) first.

To get better at using the program I just recommend playing around with it. That will help you more than anything else.

Not a problem. Alot of people come into the graphical design expecting that people can tell them how to do something on their first day.

If you need help you are free to contact me on my Gmail account (gaviteros@gmail.com) or through my AIM screen name (Gaviteros.) Otherwise just get the program and enjoy yourself.

if you would like I can give you some of my psd's from the basic ones up to my more advanced work. That way you can look at them layer by layer.
