Small Arms

Small Arms is being released on Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday for 800 points. Hopefully this will be a good way to celebrate the 360's one year anniversary. I played it a little at Digital Life and it seemed like it could be a lot of fun with friends online.

Doesn't really show much about what happens in the game. As long as there is a demo then I'll be happy.

This game is going to be fantastic.. I cant wait!

Its basically super smash bros. on x360 with xbox live calibur multiplay except with a couple crucial gameplay mechanic changes. (you can shoot in any direction, like geometry wars I assume, and its more focused on long ranged pwnage than SSBM's up close carnage).

This game will be great for 4 play local play and I think having this style of game on xbox live will be fantastic provided there isn't any noticable lag. The graphics look great, gameplay looks frantic and exciting... hopefully they'll have a demo for people who find themselves on the fence to check it out.

Right. All Xbox Live Arcade games have a trial versions, so this one will be no exception.

downloaded it and played for a bit before work (1 level). Looks to be real fun so far.. Maybe this game will push me to purchase those last two controllers.

man i really like this game............omg its nice 2 have a smash bros type game....and u can play mutiplayer off-line with 4 people

I downloaded this the day it came out, quite good, havn't played it much yet though as i've been too busy playing GoW.

I haven't found anyone to play it with online yet, but I do think it could be quite fun online. It can get pretty crazy at times when more than two characters are fighting eachother.

The game is pretty fun in my opinion.. I have a few gripes though.

The controls are extremely sensitive (and theres no way to customize them... I'd rather have jump as a trigger and alt fire as a bumper...)

I hate the whole collecting ammo thing

damage is rediculous and the weight system is overboard.. you fall off a map before you know whats happened.

Other than that Its a great game to play when people are over.

I don't mind the controls, I like the idea of collecting ammo, basically without that ir would just be pot luck as to who wins a game.

I think its one of the best looking arcade games out too, pretty impressive game overall.

Yeah I had that problem myself a couple of times, can get a little frustrating, but imagine playing it with friends after a night on the lash ;) Crazy.
