What to expect:
Register on the forums and fill out an application for PMS|H2O NA Battlefield PS3. Click here (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66542) for help. Check your application for updates. A Leader or Recruitment Manager will contact you about your application.
Pre-Orientation
Every recruit is expected to attend a pre-orientation meeting. A Recruitment Manager will schedule this with you. It takes about 15 minutes via PSN voice chat. In this meeting the Recruitment Manager will discuss your recruitment and practice information. It is MANDATORY. You must attend this meeting to join our practice. Your recruitment starts the day you attend the pre-orientation meeting. We keep track of your hours for you.
Orientation
If you are nearing a successful completion of your recruitment period, it is necessary that you attend orientation to become a full member. Orientation is a time for you to learn about PMS and H2O clan. It is also a pre-requisite for membership. The Recruitment Manager/Leader will contact you about this meeting. At the end of the orientation, the Recruitment Manager/Leader will send you a quiz to complete. The Leaders will then request your clan membership rights along with the PMS or H2O name you requested.
Full members and recruits are required to attend 4 hours of divisional (hosted) practice per week. Unscheduled absences of three weeks will require recruits to restart recruitment. You need a total of 4 hours a week for 4 weeks to successfully finish recruitment, unless recruitment is extended for particular reasons.
Leave of Absence
Any scheduled absences MUST be posted in the "Leave of Absence" thread and/or mentioned to your leaders (Major-Pwnage H2O Jamie-Thorn). It's perfectly understandable when real life intervenes or if you just need to take a break from the game. All that we ask is you let us know about it in advance.
Practice Schedule
Monday-Thursday 7-9pm EST Hosted by Major-Pwnage_H2O or Jamie-Thorn
The assigned Practice Captain leading the practice is the only individual that will send out or approve invite requests during practice. It is a member’s responsibility to have Battlefield loaded in your PS3 at least 5-15 minutes BEFORE practice starts.
Unscheduled Practice
Unscheduled practice may be held if a squad consists of 4 members and/or recruits (minimum of at least one full member). The practice host must be a staff member within the Battlefield division. The practice host will post the hours in the appropriate thread for unscheduled practices.
Current members allowed to host scheduled practices are Major-Pwnage_H2O, Jamie-Thorn, Buckeye_Chick

Practice Rules & Expectations
All members and recruits are expected to adhere to the following rules during practice:
1. Give your undivided attention to the practices. Don't converse on the phone or with others in your room.
2. Adhere to the PMS|H2O Clan code of conduct as explained in the Handbook (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30905).
3. Maintain a good and positive attitude.
4. Be online 10 minutes before practice starts with Battlefield loaded.( 7-9pm EST MON-Thur-Major-Pwnage_H2O Jamie-Thorn).
5. Respect all members/players that might be with you in the room. Your representing PMS/H2O.
6. You must have a working microphone.
7. Communicate during games. Who cares if you die as long as we know where the shots are coming from. Many games are won simply by good communication.
8. DO NOT MUTE YOUR TEAMMATES.
9. At all times you must have a PMS|H2O clan tag.
10. Don't bring your personal problems in practice.
11. DO NOT LEAVE PRACTICE EARLY WITHOUT BEING EXCUSED BY THE PRACTICE HOST/LEADER. If you leave early, send a quick message letting them know you are leaving.
12. The practice host makes the call on what game mode is being played during practice (Rush, Conquest, Squad rush, or Squad deathmatch). Any suggestions are considered.
13. NO GLITCHING, HACKING or MODS. If you get caught it will be automatic termination from the division.
14. Recommended that you add every member's PSN. Check here (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66545) for PSN. Leaders/Practice hosts MUST be added.
15. Recruits are not allowed to participate in gamebattles, but can be added to the roster before completion of recruitment.
16. No music during practice.
17. Change your PSN comment to "Busy" and status to "Not Available" during ALL Scheduled Practices.
18. The use of offensive and/or racist names will not be tolerated.
19. Using the word " R*pe" in any form or fashion to describe "getting owned" will not be condoned. Use of the word is grounds for dismissal from the clan.
