1) go to this link ---> http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/project.php?projectid=31
2) highlight and copy the application
3) click "Post Recruitment Application!"
4) then paste the application in the text box
5) add your info and click "Save"
a staff member will contact you after you do that. i hope i was helpful to you :)
