View Full Version : Argh COG Tags!!!
Gears of War COG Tags 29/30!!! Are there any especially difficult or super hidden tags? Perhaps on Raam's train car behind him or in the sprint to the APC?
My friend and I are going to beat it on insane tonight and hope to find the last one without having to redo it on casual just for 1 stupid item:(

there is two on RAAM's train, but its not super hard, its just a few cars before him, and one a few cars before that, both inside. Pretty obvious though if you watch for the crimson omen markers on the cars. So I'm going to assume you have them already :)

I bet there's one in insane mode that you can only get by playing through insane mode.
I started insane mode and found one immdediately when I began. I might have missed it during hardcore, but who knows.

It's possible.. but due to the "(Any Diffuculty)" blurb after the achievement description I'd assume you can find them in all difficulties.

I've played the game through twice, and I only have 18/30. Guess I haven't been looking very hard. >.<

I got all of them the 2nd time I played it through.
Sometimes the Omens are harder to find than the COG tags, but none of them are too terribly hidden. If anybody needs any help finding them, i'll try to be of assistance.

There are none on RAAM's train car behind him or in the sprint to the APC.
Difficulty doesn't affect COG tags.

The one you might have missed is the act where you are outside and on the left there is a huge hole, loads of cover infront before you enter this building on Act 1 I think, there is a turret on this level.
Before the tons of cover infront there is a van with the COG logo and just behind it in the corner is the COG tag.
I know this may be very vague but cannot remember the act as am at work at present.

Am still looking for the rest of the C.O.G tags just need 7 more now. But i think i may need a little help of finding them.
