We have a new practice day! Late Nights on Fridays will now be accounted for and it will be strictly division practice. Anytime before practice begins it is fine to play with H2O's but they are not allowed if you are attending practice during 10PM-12AM EST. This is to give everyone an extra opportunity to get in required hours. LAbarbii will be the Practice Captain for this designated day and time.
