It's not that bad. I did WAY worse when I was new to it.
I'd suggest a better background though, maybe take the stroke color and paintbucket it. Then go off and find some brushes and install them? Then get crazy with them keeping that grey, glow yellow and base pink as equally distributed as possible?
Photoshop is fun to play with. ^^
