Things like this HAVE happened before. No need to go 'World War 3' just yet. This will keep going on as long as the Korean War still goes on. Yes, it's still going on. A treaty has yet to be signed to end it.

Well we all know that a treaty doesn't equal a solution. Remember, Germany signed peace treaties (The Treaty of Versailles) and we still had WW2. While I agree that it's a little early to be declaring WW3, we should definetly be concerned.
