Overall, i tend to play in a specific style. Obviously this does change from time to time, but generally i maintain one role. This covers mainly all the FPS's i have played in, from Cod4, KZ2, MAG, MW2, SOCOM etc.
So my playing style, is a defensive role. I stick to one area of the map, and usually hold it down until either it becomes the enemies spawn or im dead. game types like s&d on mw2, i do the same usually till the very end of the game where i actually have to move. some may consider this camping, but i dont think it is. It's just defensive play. Game types like TDM etc, i usually dont play the objective and or rush, i just like to sit back and take my kills from afar. Brought up on it from KZ2, cant shake the habit i guess. Domination tho, when i do play it *not very often), i play it either holding down one flag with tactical insertion, or i c4 current taken flags and take up a more offensive position else where, but when the flags about to be taken BOOM, C4 inda face :P
KZ2 = i run the TACT like an actual beast. Best tactition in KZ2 ;]
MAG = if i;m not squad leader, usually at the very front running objectives. If im the squad leader, usually where my squad is roughly at and supporting fire.
So yeah, whats everyone elses play style for the most part?

in my case, I run an overly offensive or support class.
in TF2, I was always the medic or the pyro. it's a lot harder than people say it is.
in Halo 3/Reach: i run the bubble shied/drop shield and Armor Lock(my baby) with the grenade launcher or Assault rifle. I also do a lot of the driving on the bigger maps.
I ALWAYS play objective. I was voted best obj player on R6 in '08 and decided that I wanted to stick to it. From Halo to CoD to R6 I love playing obj.

i'm a COD addict and my playing style is usually to think of myself as a "One Man Team" or 1 Man Army because randoms can be exactly that, very random in play style
when i run across a group who likes to rush, i will try to do the same because sitting back when the whole team rushes usually results in death
i do various things to keep the game "fresh" or new...like only play S&D, get Headshot Title for my AA-12, work on Predator Missile gold title, Use D-Eagles only...my current obsession is to actually care about my K/D Ratio and keep it above 1.0...usually frown on those who care about K/D since a lot of the objective games, if you're not playing with a team, means actually playing the objective objectively

Hmm...I dunno my play style really, I just run n gun and help team mates protect their care packages, lol. In TD anyway. SnD is a little different, I take my time and try not to die :)

Yeah i'm run in gun on most games but when i"m outnumbered i tend to try to get them separated on games such as mw2 for search i tend to locate the spots where people hide most out and wait for them or plant claymores haha. I hate playing defense a lot of the times cause it takes to long but can play good D if i really need to along with support.

sniper/spotter; I find that one spot on any map where I can see everything, and no one can see me, the funny thing is I'm usually in plain sight but unseen. I surround my position with c4. if my cover is blown, I draw them in and detonate. from my position I can call out target locations. No, it is not camping. In the real world, in the army we call it a scout sniper, or forward observer.

For FPS my Creed is Run n' Gun and Pray and Spray.
I will snipe every now and then and when I'm with my friends I'm the designated driver and sometimes pilot

Objective, objective, objective. I never forget that on any FPS I play. If that means camping out a very high traffic area on TDM to rack up kills, so be it. They're running into me like sheep to their slaughter. Why should I make any effort to run into my death?
Of course, my pace varies heavily. It depends on the weapon, the map, and of course, the game/gametype. (MW2) You'll never see me rush with the LMG. I rarely sprint with it unless I have Lightweight Pro on. However, when I've got a Silenced MUzi, you'll definitely see me running around more along tight spots and map borders.

^ same lol. Unless I'm defending something, even so, I can't stay in one place for very long lol

depends on what type of game it is, but i'd say i play a more offensive style, too impatient to sit back and wait ;p

im offensive all the way. Unless for example in mw2 i'm left 1v 6 or something in Search and destroy i'll sit back and wait for them to come to me.
