Need Book Lovers Sympathy :-(

I ordered a book that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it never came. I tracked my order just now and it says it was delivered to my door step yesterday. Someone stole my package. It was only a $14 book and they stole it.
I thought about contacting UPS and the front office of my apartment but I'm to upset to do it now. :mvsad:
I've been having a real sucky last couple of months and this is the icing on the crap cake.

Never mind. No one stole it. UPS said it was delivered to the front door but it was actually delivered to the front office. I am so happy.

Err... funny story. When I went to the front office they said they never received any book. I go back home to the little paper I had that says they left the package at the front office. This note was old and from the United States Postal Service, not UPS.
I get so bummed after this :-( Someone must have taken the package after all.
I call UPS and they said the package was delivered to Apt 108 not 1804. That was my fault. It was left at the front door. I go to 108 and knock. No one answers. I go back several times, and no one ever answers. Actually, the place looks vacant.
I start getting a little worried and go to the front office. I'm expecting them to say no one lives in that apartment, and my package was stolen after all from this guys front door. Come to find out someone does live there. He only lives there two days out of the week. The front office calls the guy and he says he left the package on his table and very kindly says they can enter his apartment and get the package for me. Yay! I went from happy to sad several times in a couple of days. But I finally got my book and I better enjoy it for what I went through :-)

EEE i was gunna have a rant about "PEOPLE THESE DAYS!!!!!1!" but i'm glad you found it ^^ i hate it when little things like that get you angry, but then they always turn out alright...almost...as if they knew you were angry because of them....:P

I would've had a heart attack by now from all the book-thievery trauma. If it happened to me, I would've been severly upset. lol. Books are my babies.

Wow... what an ordeal lol. Glad you were able to find it though! That doesn't happen every day.
