omg..it sounds amazing. some elements don't look very good, but other than those few things. it looks so damn good. i can't wait for the ATV.

Simply put; I can't wait to see some in-game videos from Halo 3. I just hope they won't be rushing the game.

In the interview bungie expressed a concern people might have about them losing "the right feel" due to rush and the influence of microsoft. They had that concern themselves and are working to not let that be the case.(maybe my translation is bad, but you get the meaning)

How many things they say they are adding do you think will not actually be put in like the last game?
The replica helmet thing looks a bit strange, I'm guessing the DVDs go in the plinthy thing underneath.

A bit off-topic, but ZiLTcH - care to remove your 8MB sig? It's tad bit too much for a sig.
I'll admit i'm quite unimpressed with those screens. Compared to gears it clean but not spectacular. They've clearly got a lot of work to do before release, and the storyline better be good, because to be honest it doesn't look like a huge graphical leap at this point above halo 2. I'll assume its because its still a work in progress and they've got a lot to do here still with lighting and HDR.

i think u misread. They said there are 20 people and i think they mean 20 people that are staff. Not just some "normal" people.

Bungie: Alot is still missing! Air, weather and water effects are still missing. We are basically still on alpha level , but as soon as all technic is set, Halo3 will offer the best graphic on xbox 360.
They are developing a whole new graphic motor, that has not yet been fully used.

Like I said in another thread, I would've waited to post screens on the game if it's only still a test build, because right now it's just a tweaked Halo 2. I'd rather be blown away by a screenshot closer until launch (which personally I think would build more hype), then to look at a screenshot that is really just mediocre at best a year or so before launch. That's just me.
I just hope they realize where they went wrong with Halo 2, I mean this series so far looks like the Matrix. The first one was great, really evolved the whole FPS genre, but the sequels didn't compare very much (I liked the second Matrix, so I'd say Halo 2 = Revolutions). I played Halo 1 for years afterwards, the single player and multiplayer, Halo 2I played for about a year afterwards. So I'm hoping Halo 3 goes back to it's roots and kicks *** while doing it.
Oh and I hope to anything that there is online co-op!

I would be shocked if there wasn't online co-op. That would be a huge error on Bungie's part if they don't.
