The Prestige was one of the best movies I've seen ever in my life :D It's amazing, I loved the ending, and all of the little twists and turns in it :) It was cool.

Sorry, but im gonna have to disagree with everybody on this one. This movie really didnt do it for me. The biggest problem I thought was that most of the characters (at least the leads) were totally unsympathetic. None of them were "good" people.

First this, then Saw III.... At least Borat was the greatest moviefilm ever.

I liked this movie, although when I saw the previews I thought it was going to be a bit different. But I still liked it, might end up buying it when it comes out.

I can see where you're coming from Apoth3osis, but sometimes, good vs. evil (and good always wins) gets a little boring. Thats one of the reasons I found it exciting.

And yeah, the previews were a bit decieving. Making you think one of the main characters was a Warlock or something. That kinda made me not want to see it, but I eventually got dragged by my family to see it anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised.

The book is better than the movie in my opinion (Prestige that is).

Much more subtle throughout, and reading it was enough to convince me to pick up my card magic again (used to practice it religiously, but got out of it)
