YAY!!! i just did my second practice... and it was awesome, I met new H2O members and I think a PMS member, Im not sure. this is definitely the clan for me.... im gonna stay on my hours so I can become a full member... but im not so clear about the, big brother, little brother thing... so if you could help me out that would be great!!

Well as a recruit, you will most likely get a big bro, which would help you with any questions that you might have. Then, as you become a member, you will find a recruit and as him if he wants to be your little bro, to help him with any questions they might have... Hope that helps =)

Division Leaders are required to ensure a "Big Sister" or "Big Brother" is assigned to act as mentor to all new Recruits. A Big Brother|Big Sister is an active member can help educate new Recruits (i.e Little Brother|Little Sister) in everything PMS|H2O, as well as provide an immediate friend to help them transition into their chosen Division. Division Leaders and Recruitment Managers may assign as they see fit, but will consider any choices Recruits would like, if they have already establish a bond within the group. Each Member should only have two Little Brothers|Sisters at any given time, in efforts to make sure all members are exposed to the valuable tools a mentor program enables.
