Pretty near darned close! Making a life change!
Current mood: dorky


Yea I am a nurse and yea ignoring myself and caring about others is well me! Had a shaking wake up experience and totally ignored the signs and symptoms! Wow now anyone else I would have been telling them to go see a doc! Haha. Well yea left shoulder pain/ache for 3 days just feels like someone tied a tournaquet around my shoulder.. so I took some aspirin.. I just joked about it and said eh slept on it wrong, having palpitations eh anxiety so what's new I have had that before, lol sharp twangy pain in the chest well just a lil short twinge nothing big lol. Then while I was playing an FFA with my H2o and Elaine and some other friends I totally felt I was going to pass out crushing chest shortness of breath whole body felt like it was numbing and clammy. "Yea hey guys I gotta go, I'm not feeling well" Made sure my H2o would watch out after Elaine her not knowing anyone then I left." I layed down.. got up cause heart papitations got worse jumping out of my chest and way out of rythym I took some aspirin and said to myself yea heh I need to just relax. Next day I can't sleep.. up half the night with palpitations again got up took some aspirin! Well yea of course I am taking aspirin it thins the blood and yea somewhere in the back of head I knew what was going on and know what will help. It was all then lessoning by Sunday when I was feeling somewhat better. I was just having off and on again palpitations not as bad. My H2o always listening to me.. told me "Go to the doctors!" I said "I will." he is always looking out for me.. it could have gotten worse. Some people don't get a second chance and have the Big One first. (well actually I think they have all these little things going on that they ignore first) I am well the tough kid.. nothing's wrong with me! lol

Well I have to quit smoking and I am on these new meds... so if you see me out of sorts at times or tired, cranky, irritable acting insane wow yea! haha yep oh yea meds are messing with me but body is getting used to them, and not smoking is still hard but I am on the patch. I am finally starting to feel better! lol yea I have not been myself lately, so sorry to those I hurt in the mean time, but they know it really wasn't me at least those who know me. I am doing things to get myself back on my feet now and taking it easy. If I don't feel right I take a break now...I take a nap or do something relaxing. Love that Avon Bubble Bath! haha Sometimes we ignore things in ourselves like that with our bodies so listen to your friends, family and elders, if you see them out of sorts talk to them find out what it is and make them go to the docs yea make em cause they won't go and next time it could be worse. Nurses and Men are the worst at going to the doctors!! This was just a small wake up call and yea I do have a strong heart so I will be fine.. just telling me to watch myself, eat right, stop smoking and take care of MYSELF! Thank you to all of my friends who are so caring and helped me through this time and put up with me through all these crazy days and changes!.. Love Ya! *HUGS* and most of all thank you James my H2o cause yea.. you are probably saving me for many more years with my grandkids cause I thought about not going to the docs that day and said naa I promised James I would go, could still hear him saying "You better!" then making sure the next day and asking me what time to make sure I had an appointmet!. Yea he means a lot to me he's a great kid my adopted son! Well sorry James not a kid I know haha Love you too James lots!! And thank you so much! *BEAR HUGS!*

Thanks Gypsyfly yea so hard but I will get er done, maybe play some Halo2 more to get my mind off it or some of my new 360 games but yea I need to keep busy lol Yea Amy listen to Gypsy she is someone who cares about ya! :)

aw wow. good luck. My grandpa quit cold turkey after like 50+ years b/c he didnt like how he was feeling. smoking = teh nasty.

Yea i have heard Mcgregonader explain that story over XBL so many times to people she knows and yes James cares alot about you lady great guy to may look scary but really cool guy and Null i agree we here for all you girls we watch for that sort of stuff dont know wut we'd do without you girls :)
