I like the red in it, but my personal opinion. You don't have to change it, I just like the red.

I don't think the red is bad, but I think you need to look up some tuts involving depth and flow, because the bg is really chaotic and its too rigid, as it jumps from one thing to another instead of having a flow that sigs should have. And the text definitely needs some work. Try to avoid stroke as much as possible and go for blending it into the sig. :)

Listen to Ducky and Lady Lucks advice... they are doing sigs for quite some time now.
I agree. but still, I like the red.
