Hey everybody,
What's your most memorable moment in Halo 2? It could be something funny, action packed, or something that you just want to post here. Thought it would be interesting to see what people go through on a day to day basis in the game!
Here's mine:
Just yesterday, Oct. 19th, I was playing with a friend of mine on ranked Team Slayer matches in matchmaking. We got to the map with the train going across the whole thing (forgot what it was called) and started to play. Unfortunately my friend had a bad wireless connection, so he had to quit early since he lagged like crazy...and then another guy on my team quit shortly afterwards...and then after getting one kill (and asking me if I was going to stay, which my answer was, of course, yes) the last dude left. So...I was left with just myself on the blue team against four people on the red team with the score 14-1 in favor of them. I was contemplating whether to quit, but figured, "Naw, just play!" Well guess what!?
I kicked...Major...Freaking...*** :) I'm ranked 23 and played against 24-25 ranked people and managed to rack up 19 kills while COMBINED they only had 18 (and I managed to win). I heavily favored the Battle Rifle in combo with the occasional sniper rifle and dual Plasma/Submachine gun. I could hear them yelling at each other over the mics trying to figure out where I am and how to get me down. LoL. It was probably the best I've ever played since I've gotten Halo 2 and is now etched in the most memorable gaming memory for me :) Just to tell ya...they screamed the hell outta me after the match was over and the only thing I said to all four of them was: I...KICKED...THE...HELL...OUT...OF...THE...!!!!FOU R!!!!...OF...YOU :) Hehe.
