ps3 mw2 help

PLEEEEAAAASE help, im gettin so peeved off i cnt get online for a single frikin game at the minute all i keep gettin is the fetching playlist box, it eventually goes off but then when i got to find game exactly the same, iv tried reseting router and resetting my ps3 connection, tried both wired and wireless and still nothing. im close to throwing the whole thing out of my window at the minute. help :(
