I just played my 5 games and was put into the Gold 1v1 Bracket I believe, who else here is having a lucky time in 1v1?

btw..game is getting boring 1v1...I only fight protoss, seems like thats the only one people know how to play.

That is my favourite race, but all i fight are zerg...they zergling rush then build into baneling bust. SO ANNOYING.

I dont like playing 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 with randoms though for qualifications, I always do all the work and wasted a 3v3 slot...I was hoping for Diamond league because I hate playing with noobs on a ranked scale. 1v1, everyone just plays toss, I hit up rank 20 and lost alot in a row because its just Toss toss toss toss, doesn't seem like the game is balanced yet if toss is the way to go for 1v1.

Ya i know what you mean, i actually have a buddy that does 2v2 with me so if i get bored of 1v1 i just give him a shout.

well, the good news is. i got ranked 1v1 Platinum, going 4-1 in placement matches. the bad news is, after ranking, i went 4 straight losses! haha. its kind of upsetting to be Platinum and see "Favored" next to your opponent's name!! =[ however, I have been coming back up and i got a few more wins under my belt. been playing alot of 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4. i like 3v3! it's so much fun!

lol, i tried to lose on purpose but i won... I just did a zerg rush and sent all my drones at the enemy at the start of the match and won. He got pissed

If you have impeccable micro skills you can actually win quite often doing a probe rush.
