View Full Version : G.R.A.W. Cheats Needed?

Nope! So far I am almost done in Hard Mode. People say you need to use the "cheats" to beat the game in Hard Mode. Nah, its very hard, but so far I am going to make it...slowly, but will make it. :) Three more levels to go!

I never used the cheats, I never even believed there were any until I completed it.
The only missions I found difficult on hard were the ones beginning with tracked sections in the helicopter. The last 3-4 were easier than I expected though.

Yay! I just beat the game on Hard...some reason I thought the last level was kind of easy and short. :( Oh, well. I finally beat this stupid game on Normal and Hard. :) Whats the whole point having cheats for this game when its not really that hard to beat in on both modes. =)
check the achievements for graw on my gamertag had it done on both difficulties back a while ago. ;) Fun game, but definitely if you're good you don't need cheats to do it on hard at all.

On the last level, did you manage to complete it without even killing the 'bad guy'? Either my support did a decent job or the LMG had one hell of a lucky headshot.

On Normal my Anti-Tank got him. This time on Hard I snipe him with the 36K when he was in the open. Really, is it me or they are making the boss in games easier? :(

If you do it right and get a bit lucky you can pick up a sniper from one of the enemy marksman a bit earlier in the level, then towards the end there you run up, activate the sequence, run back - zoom in (with thermal vision to see where he is on the roof), and bam - done :-D Doing things the intelligent way can really save a lot of hastle, i didn't do it the first time on normal and it took me forever cause i kept dying.

Hah, I used the cheats to beat it the first times through. Not because I lack skill, I just wanted to see the story first, and I was frustrated with some points...(Damn castle, lol). One note though, anyone else done this: On the last level, after you kill the boss, he drops a rocket launcher...Anyone else picked it up? I did, and theres not animation for it...No wep in hand, and it doesnt fire anything...Just wondering if anyone else has seen that

yea i'm much worse at the multiplayer, I like how the single player works and once you get it down its not too bad. You know the red diamonds over the enemy, did that dissapear for anyone about half way through the campaign? It stopped showing me where they were, if i had the drone it'd show it for a few sec then they'd dissapear, not like in the beginning when the diamonds would stay on em for a long time.

What about online multiplayer? I can usually stay alive quite a while on the defend levels with infinite enemies, just have someone to watch your back and camp out near some cut off points.

I beat it on Hard and Normal without cheats, it felt really good after beating it.
I spent close to an hour trying to finish the second last level where you have to go inside this courtyard and then there's bad guys shooting at you from the second and third levels. My guys would always die, or I'd somehow get shot. I remember it took me a little bit to finish it in Normal even.
I became really inventive, using smoke grenades, using my teammates as bait, etc. And I still ended with an A+ in both Brotherhood and Command grades. :D

I never bothered being tactical, run and gun worked pretty well on hard as long as you hide behind your teammates.
If you want to do the triple floor courtyard with ease, just hide behind the pillars and clear one side at a time then move around and so on.
