Basic Rules:
We are advocates of professionalism and sportsmanship of the highest caliber. When you begin your time as an H2O Recruit, you should be doing your best to represent yourself positively in the overall gaming community. We as H2Os do not only represent ourselves, but an entire community every time we turn on our Playstations, thus we are very strict when it comes to following the rules. A summary of our behavior expectations can be found here: Basic Rules (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49448)

Recruitment General Guidelines:
There are several requirements that make up the recruitment process to becoming a H2O, and all of these requirements must be met before you are granted your H2O tag and member rights.
Recruitment Requirements:
Before you can officially begin recruitment, you must have your own personal forum account. You can register for one HERE (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/register.php).
Once you have your account, you must post an application. When posting, we ask that you use the format provided for you at the following link: Application (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/project.php?projectid=26)
Once you have posted your application, we do request that you show some patience and allow time for a Recruitment Manager to reply to your application. Upon replying, they will schedule with you a time when you will have a one-on-one interview either in-game or in a private chat on PSN. This meeting is to benefit both sides: for you, it may help you decide if the H2O Clan is something you really want to be a part of, as well as for us to begin to see how we feel you will fit in within our ranks. We are a large family here and want to make sure your experience within H2O will be one that you will enjoy and come to love the way we have.
Recruitment periods begin on Mondays and there are no exceptions to this. If you are contacted the day following the start of a recruitment period, you will have to wait until the next start date.Per the discretion of the Recruitment Manager(s), you will be invited to participate in our scheduled practices. During this time you will be asked to use "H2Or" as your clan tag, as this will notify those in practice or public rooms that you are a potential Recruit. This will give you an opportunity to meet some other members and recruits and allow you to understand how we do things within the Clan.
We know that you may already have existing Clan Members or current Recruits on your friends list, and will be eager to get right into practice. We ask that wait and follow the pre-recruitment process that we have designed, to help us best be able to track who the Recruits are.
We offer a recruitment period consisting of 4 weeks, at 4 hours a week. You will be required to make the hours of scheduled practice time each week. These hours must be made solely in divisional practices as Small Team practices are for Division Members who have qualified for competitive standing. If you do not make the required hours in week, then you will not get credit for that week and your recruitment period will be extended by a week. You will only have a total of 6 weeks to complete your recruitment. If you do not make the required hours for 2 consecutive weeks, then your recruitment will be terminated, and you will be required to restart the 30 day period at the descretion of divsion leadership.
You can practice for as many hours as you would like during the week but only the max possible hours for each week will go towards your recruitment obligation.
You are required to attend Orientation. There is a public Orientation held on Ventrillo on a PC (use this thread to set up Ventrilo (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43052)) on every second Sunday of the month. Orientation runs approximately 2 hours, and consists of a reading of key points from the official PMS|H2O Handbook.
Orientation can be completed at any time during your recruitment. For any Recruit whose work or life schedule does not permit attendance to public Orientation, a private Orientation will be scheduled, to be held on Playstation Network.
[U]Only after completing all the above requirements and receiving official acknowledgment from a Division Leader or Recruitment Manager(s) will you be eligible for Clan Membership, and will be permitted to create an H2O account.

As a Division Member, you will fall into one of two categories:
Competitive Member: can compete on Gamebattles, online ladders and Live events. Is required to make a minimum of 8 hours of practice a week. 4 of these hours must be Divisional hours and the rest may be comprised of Small Team hours.
Active Member: Cannot compete on a Small Team. Is required to make 4 divisional hours a week.
If you are not making the minimum of 4 hours a week you will be moved to Casual status and will not be part of the Division for which you recruited. To return to a Division you will need to make 2 weeks of a minimum of 4 Divisional hours to become an Active Member of the Division again. If you wish to return at the Competitive level, you must make 2 weeks of a minimum of 8 Divisional hours per week.
Division Transfers: It is possible to transfer to another Division at any time after fully completing recruitment. This can only be done with the consent of your current Division Leader and the Leader of the Division of interest.
