Question about video quality

I recorded a bunch of videos on my phone and, while they look great on my phone, they look horrible on my pc. Unless the video box is tiny you can't even tell what's happening in the picture. I was wondering if there was a way to enhance the video so that it will look at least a little better. Anyone have any tips for me?
