How did I know they're going to milk this series even more...
Can we just kill Price and Soap in the next one but make the campaign a minimum of 20 hours?
LOL
But in all seriousness, this isn't a sports game. Making a new one every year is just a feeble attempt at making money. Look at COD4. There's still as much people playing that as MW2, if not more. People will tend to stick to games that are GOOD, and MW2 has so much more flaws than COD4. They might have gotten some good initial sales, but I don't know how many console players already sold their copies to get BFBC2. Heck, their PC sales were so weak, they were forced to do a free weekend on Steam. They'd never do that if it had enough sales. Look at games like L4D2 and TF2. I have not seen a free weekend with them for the sole fact that THEY ARE GOOD GAMES, and could easily sell.

Not exactly as many MW2 players on CoD4, lol. I went on last night, and all I got were the foreign lobbies with like 5-5 or 4-4. But if they do make a MW3, like Sakuya said. Make the campaign more than 20 hours. Note this, I played it on regular, then veteran, and I beat it twice in under 22 hours. Plus, the MP should be a hell of a lot less crappy than it currently is right now.

It took you guys that long to beat the campaign?? I thought it was one of the shortest single player experiences in a shooter for some time. I beat it in under 10 hours on Veteran...Spec Ops was even easier. Took like two days to beat that. With a little MP sprinkled here and there.

It took me 3 hours and 49 minutes on Regular diff. It wasn't that long.

Campaign was better in the 2nd.MP well...that's a different story
I enjoyed the Campaign in the 1st, only cause I felt more connected to the characters I was playing. And that nuke took me by surprise.
The 2nd one I didn't feel was as good cause you were like a total of 5 characters or something and 4 of them died. You were always switching everytime and I didn't like that.
MP I loved CoD4 cause it required more quick reflexes and skill. Shotty was a main weapon and that required a bit more up close and personal shooting.
I didn't have a lot of complaits about 4 as for MW2, the list could be endless.

PFC. Allen
Sgt. Gary Roach
Cpt. McTavish (Soap)
Sgt. (i think) Ramirez.
only 4 characters and 2 of them died (Allen and Roach). plus wasnt it almost the same on CoD 4 on the U.S army side of things? the first one dies cause of the nuke and then you play as another marine.

soap<3. he's a dreamy game character. ;) lol. but anyways. My boyfriend also went through it, but that's why it took me so long, because I wanted to go back and actually play the missions for myself.
yeah the campaign was short, but it was still epic. The campaing for W@W was just crap, and waaay too long. I'd rather play the single player from either of the MW games then another W@W type of campaign.

WaW was actually a challenge, IMO. I still can't get the platinum because some of the levels are so damn hard. :( I actually enjoy a challenge in video games, & MW2 didn't give me much of one except in the Favela mission.

you serious? Campaigns are supposed to be long and it wasnt crappy at all. Jack Bauer (Keifer Sutherland) as Roebuck and Gary Oldman and all the Russians getting their vengeance on the nazis... whats not to like there? plus the Blackcats mission was even more awesome.
