i found out today that i shouldnt scratch off the back of the card for my microsoft points with a key because i could also scratch off the numbers as a result i dont know how to redeem this card since the store i bought it from wont let me return it any ideas?

u should try calling Microsoft

i agree. call microsoft. they'll be able to see you didn't redeem any MS points.
also, scratch it off with a penny next time! ;)

just got off the phone with them they said they will investigate it and give me an answer within 2 months :(
