1. Pre-BC: None

3: WotLK: Started playing when WotLK came out, took a break and then started raiding a little ToC and gearing up in randoms. Been running 10icc and 25icc since January 2010.

6. How do you research your class to improve yourself and learn about what is on the horizon? (Looking for more than "I read EJ sometimes" here): I use Rawr often to min/max my gear. Understand FCFS system for Ret. and enjoy it.
7. Progression, or loot? Are you the type of person to huff and puff about not getting something that would better benefit the raid, or can you initiate intelligent debate about loot and know whom it would benefit most beforehand?: I'm more interested in progression at this point, since thats what I've been lacking from guild raid/pugs.
8. Post a recent World of Logs / WOWMeters, or SSes of recent raids. (We'll probably reject your application if you can't supply one without good reason):Rademach told me to fill out this application. I do 10-11k dmg in 10icc(Saurfang/Marrow).

2. Reasons for leaving said guild? (Points for providing a reference): Not enough progression due to size.
3. Why are you interested in raiding with Pandoras Mighty Soldiers? Rademach can vouch for me, and told me to apply. I'm available during raid times.
4. Who do you know in guild? Did someone recommend you? Yes, Rademach
5. What do you plan to bring with you personally? ("I come prepared with consumables, flasks, and repair money" is obvious. Tell us why you will make a great raider): I believe I have an understanding of situational awareness during a boss fight, and can compete with others for top dps.
6. We (I) can be a jerk. How do you stand up to criticism? Are you capable of giving intelligent criticism to your fellow raiders? I'm always open for improvement, and understand that there is always someone better.
7. How much do you play outside of raiding? Do you log right after, do you PvP, do you have any accomplishments that you'd like to share? Can you make our raid days? If no, why not? I play at least 3-4 hours/day.
8. Determination, skill, and respect are high factors in raiding. Will you bring these with you, especially the former of the three? Raiding can be tough, and pushing 2 while dodging fire can be taxing - but we pride ourselves on pushing progression when we can. Can we count on you? Are you on bored with us for these times? Like anybody I get frustrated with a lot of wiping, but with encouragement and constructive criticism I can work through anything.
